EACHH Consulting believes that Education and Connection are the keys to creating positive change regarding mental health.  Through education there is increased awareness and decreased stigma around seeking help for mental health challenges.  Through connection, people feel seen and heard; therefore, not alone.  Education and Connection create not only healthy and hopeful individuals, but also communities in which we live and work – Communities of Care!

Our Team

Kelley Altman Greer, Ed.S

Kelley Altman Greer is a the Director of Business Development for EACHH Consulting. Throughout her career–in both public and private settings- she has served in roles spanning assessment, consultation, counseling, admissions, advising, and teaching— Kelley’s focus has always been the same:  work to support healthy individuals, work environments, and systems. As a consultant, she works with The University of North Carolina System to aid in leading and managing behavioral health initiatives and programs across the 17-campus system. She has also consulted with other organizations and companies, both public and private, in North Carolina on a variety of projects focusing on mental and behavioral health.

Early in her career, Kelley was a School Psychologist for two public county school systems in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Before relocating to Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Kelley worked at The Lovett School, also in Atlanta, as the Director of Upper School Counseling. Her credentials include a B.A. in Psychology from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as well as a M.Ed. and Ed.S. in School Psychology from Auburn University and Georgia State University, respectively. She is a native of North Carolina and grew up in a family that valued education, mental health and serving others. Over the past 20+ years, she has focused those values with her high levels of energy, passion and compassion to make an ongoing difference across a variety of settings.

Our Team

Kristen Moran, Ph.D., LCMHC

Kristen Moran is Director of Training Operations for EACHH Consulting. She is an educator, counselor, advocate and trainer at heart, with the goal of educating communities about mental health, reducing stigma and increasing access to services. With consulting experiences in various public and private settings, Kristen currently consults with the UNC System to support the various institutions with mental health programming, including the evaluation of the various programs.

Kristen has focused her 20+ year career in the education and mental health fields. Prior to consulting work, she started her career as a School Counselor, spending time at all three levels. Upon completion of her PhD, Kristen became a faculty member, training future counselors, and conducting research in the mental health field. She continues to teach on a part time basis. Kristen is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in NC and has been a therapist in private practice, working with adolescents, adults and couples. She received her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision and her MEd. in Counseling from Virginia Tech. She also has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from The College of William and Mary.

Suzie Baker, Ed.D., LPC, NCC

Suzie Baker is a the Director of Operations and Communications for EACHH Consulting.

She has more than a decade of higher education experience from her work as an administrator at large public research institutions. Her diverse knowledge spans multiple areas in student and academic affairs, including new student and family programs, international education, student engagement and success, and critical incident response and emergency management. Licensed as a professional counselor, Suzie previously worked as a high school counselor and as an emergency assessment clinician for acute mental health crises in the community, prior to her career in higher education.

In addition to her work with EACHH, Suzie is the Director of Student Affairs at the University of North Carolina System where she leads behavioral health programs and initiatives. She previously served as the Senior Assistant Dean of Students and Director of the COVID-19 Student Care Hub at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. In these roles, she led student support, advocacy, crisis response, and case management efforts. 

Suzie holds a B.A. (Hons) in English studies from Huddersfield University, a PGDip in careers guidance from Manchester Metropolitan University, a M.Ed. in counselor education from Virginia Tech, a doctorate in educational leadership with a concentration in higher education at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, and is a National Board Certified Counselor.
